Atlavík is a fresh, new production company built on years of experience within the Icelandic Film, Television and Commercial industry. Named after a small cove in Hallormsstaðaskógur in the east of Iceland, known for having the best weather in the country and for being the setting of a legendary music festival at which Ringo Starr performed unexpectedly in 1984.
Throughout the years, the Atlavík cove has elicited fond and nostalgic memories of summer, camping and good times among Icelanders and it is our company’s mission to elicit similar responses from our viewers and co-workers with each and every project we undertake.
